vNOW offers an enterprise grade astguiclient/VICIDIAL Open-Source Call Center Suite. This includes a predictive dialer with it’s own real-time agent web client application that can be added to Asterisk and is highly configurable with detailed logging. VICIDIAL can dial predictively, at a ratio or one-call-at-a-time. VICIDIAL can also function as an ACD for inbound calls, as well as blend inbound and outbound calling, or for closer calls coming from VICIDIAL fronters. It can also allow for remote agents that may only have a phone.
